Combine photos or scans into one PDF, processed locally

Whether you're combining phone scans of a document or turning a set of photos into a shareable PDF, this tool embeds each image directly into a new PDF document inside your browser, with no intermediate upload.

You can either keep each page sized to match its source image, or fit every image onto a standard A4 page.

How it works

  1. 1

Upload one or more JPG or PNG images, in the order you want them to appear.

  2. 2

Choose whether pages should match the image size or fit to A4.

  3. 3

Run the tool to download the combined PDF.

This tool never uploads your file. All processing happens locally in your browser using WebAssembly. Read more about how Foldr handles your data.

Frequently asked questions

Can I reorder images before converting?

Yes, you can move file rows up or down in the queue before running the conversion, and the output PDF follows that order.

Does this work with scanned document photos?

Yes — any JPG or PNG works, including phone-camera scans, and choosing "Fit to A4" gives a consistent page size across mixed-resolution images.
